Build safer operations. Shape culture. Drive accountability.

Competitive Remuneration + STI

Based in Sydney | National Role

CEA supplies and supports some of the world’s leading heavy equipment and industrial brands across construction, infrastructure, mining and industrial markets. After a major strategic transition and national expansion, CEA is entering a new operational evolution.

CEA is seeking a pragmatic, operationally credible WHSE Advisor to strengthen safety engagement, accountability and compliance across its branch network.

This is not a corporate, desk-bound WHSE position. It is a visible business partnering role focused on coaching leaders and embedding practical safety systems and behaviours across workshops, service operations and other frontline environments.

Reporting to the CPO, you will help lift safety awareness, reporting quality and risk management through site visits, investigation support, leadership coaching, improved system adoption, and more consistent WHSE standards.

CEA is currently embedding the Lucidity WHS platform and you will play a lead role in improving utilisation, strengthening reporting consistency, and driving operational engagement.

Professionals from heavy equipment, construction, manufacturing, industrial services, or similar multi-site environments will be well-suited to this opportunity, particularly those with the coaching capability, operational credibility and practical safety leadership to engage frontline teams and balance compliance with operational realities.

The business is transitioning to global heavy equipment manufacturer SANY and has ambitious growth plans. This creates genuine long-term career scope within a business that has evolved from a successful entrepreneurial operation into a larger, increasingly sophisticated national organisation.

The role involves interstate travel, with the option to work from home one day a week.

If you are energised by operational influence, visible SME leadership, and the opportunity to improve safety culture in a growing national organisation, we encourage you to apply.
