Following the recent announcement of the $176M Program of Record with the Australian Government, Ocius is now seeking a commercially astute and operationally credible Chief Delivery Officer to lead the successful execution of its Defence and maritime capability programs.

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Delivery Officer oversees the full lifecycle execution of complex Defence programs. This pivotal executive role sits at the intersection of Projects, Contracts, Delivery and Customer Engagement, combining strategic leadership with operational execution.

You will work closely with senior leaders, Defence stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams to align schedules, resources, contractual obligations, and customer expectations. The role requires a confident and visible leader with gravitas, sound judgement and the ability to unite teams and drive high performance.

Ideally, you will come from Defence, maritime, aerospace, autonomous systems or complex engineering/manufacturing environments where you have led major delivery programs involving contractual governance, stakeholder management and operational execution. Strong exposure to Defence frameworks, including ASDEFCON, Commonwealth procurement and ideally NSSG or broader Defence acquisition environments will be highly regarded.
