Looking for further productivity improvements, Foseco seek a pragmatic Process & Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join their Padstow manufacturing team.
Foseco’s core business is helping customers improve their operational performance. Your remit is identical: improve output through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives, particularly, operationalising Lean and 5S.
Engaged and highly visible, you’ll work closely with Production and Maintenance employees as you drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects from the shop floor. You will act as the Lean Champion, educating and fostering a culture of improvement as you refine processes, quality and yield across manufacturing and warehouse.
You’ll be supported locally and via Vesuvius’ global experts in Lean and Engineering. Locally, Foseco and Vesuvius are well-managed and resourced. They ensure employees are safe, recognised, and developed, and contribution is celebrated and rewarded.
