As the business continues to evolve, Bisalloy is strengthening its operational leadership through the appointment of a General Manager – Manufacturing. This newly designed executive role will add significant bench strength to both the manufacturing function and broader leadership team.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Australian manufacturing operations, centred on its Unanderra heat-treatment facility. You will bring Production, Maintenance, Logistics and Supply, Quality, WHS and Business Improvement together as one integrated manufacturing system, accountable for safety, quality, delivery, reliability, cost and performance.

This is considerably more than a traditional plant management role. You will own manufacturing performance while building the leadership, workforce and plant capability required for Bisalloy’s continued growth.

Bisalloy seeks a degree-qualified manufacturing or operations leader with significant experience in metals, heavy industry, process manufacturing or engineered products. You are known for your ability to lead people, drive continuous improvement and build high-performing teams. Under your leadership, safety, reliability, productivity and quality improve, accountability strengthens and constructive union relationships flourish.
