SECA is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to play a key role in providing an outstanding customer experience and supporting the sales team. This frontline role will see you manage inbound inquiries, make outbound care calls, assist with trade counter sales, and provide essential sales administration support.

The Sales Support Coordinator is more than just a team member – you are the backbone of our Customer Experience (CX), ensuring that every interaction is efficient, professional, and solutions-focused. Your role is crucial in shaping our customers’ perception of SECA.

A customer service professional with a sales mindset, you excel at managing multiple tasks, solving problems on the go, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Your ability to provide accurate quotes, process orders, and keep CRM records up to date makes you an essential part of the team.
