The HSE Manager position offers a unique opportunity to shape SOILCO’s future. As a key advisor to the GM Operations and ELT, your leadership and subject matter expertise will be crucial in educating and building a culture of awareness across safety and environment, ensuring compliance and contributing to operational excellence.

As the HSE Manager, your primary focus will be on improving performance and applying standards in Safety, Environment and Sustainability. Through a lens of safety and compliance, you will lead, motivate, and manage your team as you seek to transform and optimise your portfolio and improve triple-bottom-line performance in line with SOILCO’s circular economy model.

Conspicuous, influential and expert, you’ll bring a contemporary mindset, depth of experience and insight into industry trends and best practice, inspiring others with your forward-thinking approach. The position is based in Kembla Grange and requires frequent travel to the sites.
