The Manager, People & Culture is a new position designed to enable this Mission and promote Values – and ensure Workforce & People Function is ‘Fit for the Future’ both operationally and strategically. A key contributor to the leadership group, your responsibilities include strategy, framework, performance, IR, HRIS, WHS/wellness, payroll and service expansion.
This role calls for an experienced and evolved practitioner whose career reflects measurable successes in workforce shaping, creating purpose-led cultures, better employee experiences and using technology and information to enable better business.
