Founder and award-winning Clinician Tamra Enbom and her team are highly sought-after in this very specialised field and are leading the way in orthotic care in Australia.

To accommodate growth and maintain exceptional client care, they are looking to hire an additional Clinic Administrator to act as the first point of contact when clients come through their doors – in a fresh, sparkling new office, no less!

With exceptional communication skills and the ability to empathise and understand their diverse client needs, you will be the eyes and ears of the business, ensuring a smooth flow between clients and clinicians.

This role requires a positive, switched-on person with a business mindset, energy, and poise. You’re a natural organiser who sees the big picture in a small business and thinks proactively.

Friendly, approachable, focused, and responsive, you are a fast learner who is tech-savvy.

With proven administration experience and a thirst for making a difference, you’ll thrive in this creative, specialty medical environment where you’ll play an important part in a team that’s changing lives daily.
